How can I order a Happy Italy gift card?

The Happy Italy gift card is a great gift to give and receive! You can easily order our gift card online and receive it instantly in your email inbox. Make your gift extra special with a personal message.

Terms and conditions:
– The Happy Italy gift card can be used, in full or in part, at our restaurants.

– The Happy Italy gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be reloaded.

– The Happy Italy gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Attention: The Happy Italy giftcard is only valid in our restaurants and hence is not valid for online take away or delivery orders.

What is my Happy Italy gift card balance?

You can easily check your gift card balance online or visit one of our restaurants.

What are the payment options at Happy Italy?

At Happy Italy, you can pay with both cash and your debit card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are also accepted.

Does Happy Italy offer a delivery service?

Happy Italy recently introduced a delivery service through Uber Eats and Thuisbezorgd. Soon, it will also be possible to have your Happy Italy dishes delivered to your home through our own website.

Are there franchising opportunities at Happy Italy?

No, there are no franchising opportunities available.

When will a new Happy Italy open in my desired location?

We are excited to announce when we will be opening in a specific location to spread the Happiness. However, we cannot provide any specific details about the opening date beyond what is shared on our social media channels and website. We have chosen to do this to prevent any disappointment in case the opening is delayed. So, please be patient and stay tuned! 😉

Are pets welcome at Happy Italy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot allow pets inside Happy Italy. However, well-behaved and leashed pets are welcome on our outdoor terraces. Of course, we always make exceptions for service dogs.

Is it possible to place an order over the phone at Happy Italy?

It is not possible to place orders over the phone. You can place your order through the delivery platform or in our restaurants, after which you have the option to take the order with you or enjoy it in our restaurant.

Can I receive general information about Happy Italy for my study?

We appreciate your interest in involving Happy Italy in your study. Happy Italy has made the decision to provide detailed assistance in answering questions for academic purposes only to students who are currently doing an internship at Happy Italy. As we receive such inquiries frequently, we are unable to personally address each one.

What are the terms and conditions of the (Kinepolis) cinema deal?

Rules:
Enjoy a pizza or pasta at one of our locations and then go to the movies for only €15.50 at one of the affiliated cinemas of the National Cinema Voucher. Please note! The deal is only valid if you first have a meal at Happy Italy and then (after receiving a cinema voucher from one of our Happy staff members) go to the movies.

Exceptions:
Reserving a movie in advance and then eating at Happy Italy at a reduced price is not possible. Also, going to the movies first and then eating at Happy Italy with a discount is not part of the promotion.

Is it possible to buy the furniture or the uniforms of Happy Italy?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase the furniture or the uniforms of Happy Italy.
