Grand Prize Contest Terms and Conditions
Eligibility for Entry:
- To qualify for a chance to win the grand prize, you must play our Play & Eat game during the promotional period and score at least 20 points.
- After playing, your entry will be activated by filling in all your details on the contest page and submitting them to us.
- The contest period runs from Monday, November 11, 2024, through Sunday, December 8, 2024.
- Participants under 18 years must have permission from their parents or legal guardians to enter the contest.
Winners and Prizes:
- The grand prize consists of a travel voucher worth €1000 at D-Reizen and €600 in cash for spending money.
- The responsibility for organizing and planning the trip lies with the winner and the designated travel agency.
- The travel voucher is valid for 2 years.
- Happy Italy is not responsible for any aspect of the trip.
- From all entries (with a score of 20 points or higher), one winner will be drawn at random.
- On December 11, 2024, the grand prize winner will be announced on happyitaly.nl. The winner will also receive a personal email from Happy Italy.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of receiving the email to arrange the prize, another winner may be selected without any compensation.
- The grand prize is personal and non-transferable.
- Any applicable gaming tax will be covered by Restaurant Company Europe.

- Participants acknowledge that participation in this contest is at their own risk. Happy Italy is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, related to the contest. Any damage to transportation or accommodations may be charged to the winner.
- Happy Italy reserves the right to modify or terminate this contest if necessary for any reason.
- Photos and video recordings may be taken during the prize awarding. Happy Italy reserves the right to share these images on their online channels.

Discount and Participation Terms:
- After playing the game, participants receive a discount voucher. The voucher grants a one-time 25% discount on a pasta or pizza of choice at Happy Italy, with the purchase of at least one Lipton or Pepsi product in the restaurant.
- The discount applies to all main dishes on the menu.
- The 25% discount voucher is redeemable at all Happy Italy restaurants (except Happy Italy Schiedam) from November 11, 2024, to February 20, 2025.
- Only one voucher per table.
- Offer valid only for dine-in at Happy Italy restaurants; not valid for Take Away or Delivery.
- Offer not valid in combination with other promotions, deals, or discounts.
What can I win?
The grand prize is a trip to Italy for two people + €600 spending money. If you participated in the Play & Eat game, you are guaranteed to receive a 25% discount on one pizza or pasta of your choice at Happy Italy.
Can I choose where and when to travel if I win?
Absolutely! The trip to Italy will be offered as a travel voucher that you can redeem as you wish at D-reizen. This voucher is valid until 1-11-2026.
When will the grand prize winner be announced?
On December 11, 2024, one winner will be chosen by a random draw.
Until when can I redeem my 25% discount voucher?
The 25% discount voucher can be redeemed until February 20, 2025.
Is the 25% discount voucher valid at all Happy Italy restaurants?
This offer is valid at all Happy Italy restaurants, except for Happy Italy Schiedam.
How is the discount applied?
When you present a valid promotion voucher at checkout, the discount will be applied to the lowest-priced pizza or pasta.
